She In Embroidered Blouse - OOTD #3

 Hey Beauties!

Did you know She Inside recently changed the company name to She In? Me neither till I received an email informing me this week! The lovely people very kindly let me pick out another gorgeous Item of clothing and I went for this gorgeous embroidered blouse

One thing I really like about She In is even though the clothes are all shipped from China they arrive in the UK within 2 weeks! well, mine did. I've waited 2 months from other companies so I deem 2 weeks as a pretty decent wait time. The dress itself is completely sheer so unless your really brave you'll need to wear something underneath! I was hoping this would be long enough to wear as a dress but it's a lot shorter at the front then at the back thanks to the dipped hem. I absolutely adore the embroidery around the top half it gives it a real hippy girly look that reminds me of something you would buy in Monsoon!

I wore this with my black ripped jeans but it could easily be tucked into a high waisted skirt (I'm thinking the tan faux suede ones would look amazing?) or with leggings and heels to dress it up!

What do you think??

Iconemesis Phone Case

Hey Beauties!

I was recently sent this absolutely adorable Fifi Lapin* phone case, It honestly couldn't of come at a better time, I'd been looking for a cute but not bulky phonecase that would keep my phone nice a safe too as I have a habit of throwing it on the floor.. anyway, when this came through my letterbox I was delighted!

This one is for an iphone 6 but they also do others for 6 plus, 5c and 5s. Most of the cases range from £10-£15 which, if you've looked for a 6 or 6 plus phone case recently you'll know is really reasonable. I think there is something on the website for most girls, although Fifi Lapin is 100% my favourite of the bunch! There's one where she's wearing a cupcake and I can't take the cuteness.

The case's themselves snap on and off really smoothly and I don't have to put up a fight with it which is nice my phones never 'slipped' out so that's a bonus too, it grips well! It feels super sturdy and I've put my trust in it to look after my phone. Although I do take it off when it's charging as it seems to get a little hotter then usual.

What do you think of my super cute phone case?

Top Tv Shows On Netflix

Hello Beauties,

Let's face it, Netflix is a massive part of a majority of our lives and if its not? It should be! Unlimited access to hundreds of amazing movies, and thousands of enthralling tv shows, gone is the days of Eastenders and Corrie and in are the days of Netflix. I've pretty much watched and sampled everything Netflix has to offer so I thought I would tell you about my favourites.

Orange Is The New Black
Set in a women's federal prison called Lichfield where Piper Chapman is sentenced to do her time for a crime she committed years ago with her ex-girlfriend. While in the prison she meets a whole host of other women with their own back stories and absolutely amazing personalities and you get to go on a journey with her discovering this new way of living. One thing I have to say about this show is how it captures you, you'll love the characters, cry with them and laugh(a lot) with them too! If you haven't seen this yet then I highly recommend it, it's without a doubt my favourite! and um, Ruby Rose.

Pretty Little Liars

Have you jumped on the #PLL bandwagon yet? because you so should. A year following the death of the four main characters best friend Alison the girls are stalked by an unknown person called A, A seems to know every little thing about the girls as if they are watching their every move. Will they ever discover who A actually is? I adore this show, but it is a commitment, if you haven't caught up theres a lot to watch spanning over 6 seasons with 25 episodes at 40 minutes long each it's tough work, but just watch the first 5 episodes and you will be hooked! It's creepy, cute and the characters relationships with family, friends, boyfriends are all intertwined keeping it interesting.

Hemlock Grove

Totally under rated and hardly ever spoken about is this Netflix original. Based on two guys, Roman and Peter (hellooooo!) both very very different beings. Think twilight but from the guys point of view and a ton more seedy, sexy and disgusting. It's also got an amazing cast and it keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout. There is one part that should come with a big warning sign I won't give too much away but it's a 'transformation' like you have never seen it before.

American Horror Story

Pretty much everyone I know has watched at least the first season of AHS and most people I know have loved it. An anthology(same actors, different characters per season) horror show that will have you turning on the lights at night time! It's gory, paranormal and down right terrifying at times but that's why you watch it! If terrifying really isn't your thing maybe steer clear of Season 1 - Murder House and Season 2 - Asylum and skip straight to my favourite which is Season 3 - Coven based around a boarding school with young witches it's still scary but it's not as gory or terrifying. Don't knock this one till you've tried it!

I think for now that's it! There are of course so many many more out there and I would love to know your favourites! Are they the same as mine?

Rodial & Mary Katrantzou Candle

Hey Beauties!

I haven't done a candle review in such a long time, Rodial are normally known for their amazing skincare and make-up and a few months back I won a competition and this gorgeous Candle was part of the prize. Rodial worked with designer Mary Katrantzou to create this absolutely stunning Candle!

The first thing the strikes you with this candle the stunning print on the box and the jar itself. If you look closely it has a little bit of a marc jacobs flare that I love, the Primary yellow tones mixed with the gold detailing is so pretty once it's lit and burns down slightly the light shines through the print too! It honestly looks beautiful where ever you put it in your home and will make a gorgeous centre piece on a coffee table!

The smell is what sells me the most with this candle though, you can smell it before you've even opened the box! Your hit with a super strong citrus note that reminds me of lemon sherberts it's citrus but sweet at the same time! There's also a beautiful floral under tone that only shows itself when it starts to burn, I'll be honest and say with such a strong initial 'sniff' I was expecting the room to be filled with the gorgeous scent quickly but once lit it took a good 20 minutes for it to spread but now that it's started I can smell it all over my flat!

It'll set you back a hefty £35 which personally I think it quiet expensive for a candle but I do see this making the most amazing present for someone close or an avid beauty & candle lover! Have you tried anything from Rodial? I'd love some recommendations!

My Favourite Blogs

Source

Hello Beauties!

I didn't really know what to post today but after spending the whole evening reading blogs I thought I would tell you my most read and favourite of the bunch! Not to say I don't enjoy every blog post I read because lets face it, I do, but these are my most returned to and ones I'll save up.(by save  up I mean, wait a week or two and read a few posts at once with a cup of tea, only me?)

I can't tell you how long I've been reading Becky's blog but it has to be a good two years now and it's one I return to frequently. I just love everything about it, the way she writes, the way her blog looks. I've always found her such a big inspiration and such a genuinely lovely person, she really gets involved in the blogging community which makes a huge difference! My favourite posts from her are the FF and her lush hauls/reviews, nothing makes me want to spend my all wages more then a lush post by Becky!

Glam Beautys is owned by the beautiful Liza! I think her blog is on everyone 'must read' lists. Her photography is absolutely stunning, I love everything she posts! She has the most gorgeous Youtube channel too and you can see she's such a complete natural with being on the camera, it's lovely to watch her as you can see she really enjoys what she's doing!

Let's face it, I'm obsessed with Zoe. The hair, the look, the clothes and the blog! If you need inspiration or just a really good read grab a cup of tea and head over to her blog, The effort and pizazz she puts into her post's is something I only dreaming of having. She's an all round blogger but I most love her advice posts; from how to be a better morning person to improving your blog in ways I'd never even thought of. Honestly, you won't regret following this one!

Let's just say these girls have got it down! Sara & Jade are two pretty awesome fanshionistas, although they're styles are quiet different they come together harmoniously in their brilliant blog! I actually think theirs is one I stumbled across right in the very beginning. It's such a perfect one to have a read of and gather some inspiration if your at a little bit of a fashion loss! I honestly love this blog!

So Enjoy, Spread the love and don't forget to tell me your favourites in the comments below!

River Island Sale Picks

Untitled #34

Hey Beauties!

Sale season is upon as and I've been taking full advantage. My most visited site and one I like to peruse the most happens to be River Island and at the moment they have an amazing range in the sale! This summer we've seen an introduction of deep reds, rusts and burnt oranges which is a slightly unusual choice for summer but it works amazingly well as a transitional colour into autumn. There honestly is so much I want to pick up from this sale, think slightly forward and you'll be set for summer and autumn. These are my top picks, how gorgeous is that leather jacket?

Dr.PawPaw Original Balm Review

Hello Beauties!

I was recently sent this Dr.PAWPAW Original Balm* to give a whirl and review for you guys! At first I was a little apprehensive because all other balms I've used like this are super thick and gloopy. Contain natural ingredients such as Papaya the nutrient rich fruit, Olive Oil with high levels of vitamin A and E which are amazing for the skin and Aloe which retains moisture.

When I first opened the packaging it was super hard to squeeze out the balm, but after a little warming up in my hands it was super easy. You only need a tiny amount for your lips less then half a pea, the texture is super thick but not 'gloopy' it also has no smell what so ever. Although I primarily use this on my lips it's meant to be great for cuticles, hair, feet and skin too which makes it a super versatile.

When on the lips it's not sticky or tacky feeling and actually feels really smooth. The colour I recieved is 'clear' but it also comes in a pink and red tinted options. It works well to prep your lips before lipstick application although I would probably put it on for 15 minutes before hand to give it time to soak in which it does, unlike most balms that sit on top of the lips. I leave this beside my bed and just before I go  off to sleep and in the morning I wake up with really soft and nourished lips!

Have you ever tried Dr.Pawpaw? or have you got another favourite lip balm?

Soap and Glory Make-up - First Impression

 Happy Weekend Beauties!

Whilst brousing my local boots for the first time I spotted the Soap & Glory make-up range. I'm going to go ahead and say it.. I'm not the biggest soap and glory fan. I love the body scrubs but asides from that I'm not keen on the smell or the way they make my skin feel and I sometimes feel the packaging is what sells the products? Totally un-popular opinion but like always I want to be 100% honest with you guys, of course if you have any suggestions on things I should try then leave them in the comments! So naturally apon checking out the make-up I did a lot of 'picking-up-and-putting-back-down' I didn't want to purchase something I wasn't going to love or something just because I was atracted to the packaging. I settled on these two items I thought they were practical, suited my skin tone well and would be a great 'introduction' to the brand.

Kick Ass Instant Retouch Powder - I was in the market for a new powder and the description of this one fitted the bill. Transparent, weightless, superblur and with camoflawge(what ever that is) technology. I did swatch it store and notice how yellow it looks in the pan, however when swatched the shade it is muted but still the tinyest hint of yellow remains. The texture of the powder is super super fine but on the chalky side to the point where if you swirl a brush in it, it will disperse everywhere, the air, in the compact(Which I might add is probably the sturdiest I've brought on the highstreet) and all over your hands. However, on the plus side this is an amazing setting and top up powder it holds my make-up in place really well but I'm not sure if this is just a pale skin thing but I find I can see it sitting on my skin. I do think it also clings to just the make-up so if your make-up has a tendency to slide, this will go along with it. Although it does stop me from getting a 'shiny' look that I really don't like! I probably wouldn't purchase this again but if your looking for a compact that won't explode in your make-up bag and can be used as a top-up when your out and about this one might be what you are after!

Kick Ass Blur & Brighten  - It's really unlike me to stray from my favourite concealers but I picked this one up anyhoo, Stated that it's longlasting, blurs imperfections and banishes shadow so I gathered it would be good for under eyes. It's a shade or two dark for my skintone but I picked it up  for my under eyes, the yellow tone is perfect for covering my dark circles. The unusual thing about this concealer is it's super moisturising to the point of being a little oily, it's great if your under eyes are a little dry like mine but I feel you have to set it super fast so it doesn't crease, move and slip all over your eye. I personally wouldn't put it this on facial imperfections as it's so 'oily' but around my nose and on any other visible redness. I think overall it's actually pretty good, its a shame the shades are limited too light(this one) and medium.

So that's it, I'm not sure I'll be picking up anything else from Soap & Glory's make-up range although I have since heard great things about the Supercat eyeliner and the eyeshadow quads. So, I might look into it and have a swatch or two!

Have you tried anything from the Soap & Glory make-up range? If so what did you think of it?

Summer Happy Feet

Hello Beauties!

You wouldn't believe the struggle I've gone to get these photos up in the last week, I played around with my camera setting and couldn't get it back how I liked it, believe it or not I had to re-take these about 4 times! Nightmare, they still aren't perfect but I think they'll do or I'll have no new content.

Anyway, I'm not someone who really looks after their feet, In the winter/autumn/spring time I tend to wear a lot of boots and 'full' shoes, so my feet aren't my main concern! However once summer rolls around boots are the last thing you want smothering your feet, so ya' got to look after them! This is how I keep mine fresh, smooth and cute. This could be a weekly thing or just before a holiday or special occasion.

I typically like to soak my feet first using the Nip + Fab Detox blend granted this is a bath soak and you can buy things especially for this kind of thing but it works beautifully for your feet too! The coconut oil soften and smooths, while the tea tree cools and the Jasmine scent relaxes, Another totally multi-use product is a body scrub, I adore the Soap & Glory Scrub 'em and Leave 'em  for this. The scrub is fine enough for gentle exfoliation but won't leave them red from harsh 'beads' or sore from over exfoliating and if you know anything about your feet? You should never try and remove hard skin all at once, the pain is definitely something you don't want experience and it takes a long time to heal! I also like to apply a softening cream and at the moment I'm using this one gifted to be by Scholl, The Instant Recovery Cream* has done wonders for my feet in the last few weeks, I put this on before bed with a pair of socks and when I wake up in the morning my feet feel sliky smooth and moisturised which is different, but lovely all the same.

My favourite part of this routine is the decoration! I love painting my top nails a really bright pink or green this these two from essence if your feeling extra artistic you could do a little nail art but I prefer a glitter polish as for me, glitter nail polish doesn't chip as fast meaning I can keep the super cute colour for a longer and when I do them it feels like a treat, not a chore. I also wear a ton of heeled(I wear a lot of heels anyway so this could be an all year thing too.) sandals in the summer and have brought endless supplies of these Scholl Gel Cushions * they aren't something I would wear everyday but if I knew I was going to be in heels and on my feet all day I would definitely use them they just take the  impact away from the balls of your feet and you can have happy feet all day long!

Hope you enjoyed this post! How do you keep your feet happy?

Romwe Cartoon Print Dress - OOTD #2

Cartoon Print Dress* - Here
Circle Necklace - Primark

 Happy Weekend Beauties!

Well, I'm pretty happy the suns finally come out but it's still pretty windy! These are the first OOTD photos that I've taken all by myself too so I apologise for any blurs or if the top of my head is missing! I received this gorgeous dress from Romwe a few weeks ago and couldn't wait to wear it! I adore the really unsual and slightly creepy cartoon print, it's not something you see everyday and it's certainly not like anything you would pick up on the highstreet. I also love the cut of this dress, although it's really loose it has that cute 'dolls dress' vibe, it's super short at the front and only a tiny bit longer at the back so it's not for the faint hearted. I love that it's got long sleeves and it's pretty flattering, the material is also really really light weight to it's perfect for summer. If you follow me on instagram you'll know how much I love my small circle necklace(pretty much features in every selfie.) so it was to my delight when I spotted this larger version in primark yesterday, It had to be mine!

Anyway guys, Enjoy your weekend! Let me know what you think of my kooky dress!

What I really think of.. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water.

Hello Beauties!

I'm sure everyone and their nan has heard of or used even used this Garnier Micellar Cleansing water. If you follow me on instagram you'll know I picked this up around 4 days ago, This might seem like a premature review but I've used this continually since getting it and feel like I can warrant a 100% honest review from my experience. I also really wanted review this once the big 'hype' died down so I wouldn't be influenced by other reviews I've read and could give you guys my full and honest review!

One thing I've always been attracted to is the shape/size/look of this Micellar water. It's not like anything I've ever seen on the highstreet, the bottle itself is pretty large and round with a pretty pink lid but at the same time it looks so pure and has a real 'clean' feeling too it, It's hard to describe but it's eye-catching to say the least. I've only got the little 125ml(great for travelling) which came in at a tiny £1.32 as it's currently 1/3 off in superdrug! The next size up however is 400ml which is massive in comparison but still only comes in at £3.25(normally £4.99) which is amazing!

This micellar water is amazing at removing make-up, it traps and sucks up and holds on too dust and pollution which is brilliant as I'm exposed to all 3 of these things every day. I generally 'soak' a cotton pad or two for each eye and use one for my whole face. I can honestly say right now this is the best make-up remover I've ever used, my make-up is effortlessly lifted with a few gentle nudges and when I wake up in the morning I don't have panda eyes from left over make-up that other remover didn't quite remove! It doesn't have a scent, which I really like as I often find scented make-up removers 99% of the time will make my eyes sting! However, I do find my skin feels a little greasy after application but it does go once it dries and it's not a 'wash off' product but I do wash my face afterwards mainly because I love the feeling of ultra clean skin but if there was any left over product I wouldn't want it upset my acne.

But on the over-all scheme of things, this micellar water is a must have and I can totally see why it is raved about and so highly recommended! I really enjoyed typing up this post so if you'd like me to review other 'hyped' or highly talked about products feel free to let me know in the comments!

Have you tried this Garnier Micellar water? What did you think?
