Lush Dragon's Egg Bath Bomb Review

Hello beauties!

Some exciting things have been happening over on my end! I recently got the chance to start work at 7am till 11am which is a massive change for me as my old shift was 3pm-7pm, Today was my first day and it went by so quickly although I am on the sleepy side now! However, this free's me up for more blogging time, attending events and generally a better lifestyle so stay tuned!

I have a habit of walking out of work and straight into Lush, I'm slowly but surely working my way around everything I think smells divine, my latest pick me up came in the form of Dragon's Egg, a rather big bath bomb I've mentioned before I much prefer the bubble bars but I'm experimenting at the moment so I'm up to trying the bath bombs!

The bright white ball smells amazing, I was really tempted to put this on a pretty dish and use it as a room scent, In a bag, in a bag I could still smell this as though it was sitting next to me so it's not one for those who aren't into strong smells. To me this smells exactly like a lemon sherbet sweet! And funnily enough I just looked up the description on the lush website and they say its supposed to smell of exactly that! Well done nose!

I hadn't looked this up online before I used it so I had no idea what to expect when I dropped it into my bath, and to be honest I was a little underwhelmed. It took a while for the 'gold' (which to me was definitely more yellow) to show up but when it did it started crackling and spinning making the prettiest of swirls I loved that part, although it was so hard to photograph! My bathroom was quickly filled with the lovely lemon sherbet scent. I've got to say I'm not keen on the colour, at all. When I have a bath I like to feel clean afterwards that's the point right? but the water being an very unusual shade of murky yellow didn't assist in that. Although the finely milled glitter running though my water was absolutely stunning to watch.

Once out of the bath I can still smell the lemon sherbet smell on my skin but very mildly, my fiancé said I smell lovely which was a bonus! The glitter has also stuck to my skin but you would never notice unless you really looked, so I wouldn't be put off by that. If you don't mind bathing in oddly coloured water then this is a winner in my books!

Have  you tried Dragon's Egg, If so what did you think?
